My journey has been dynamic, starting from guiding entrepreneurs and business owners in financial strategies as a Commercial and Middle Market Banker to later spearheading a 150-employee mortgage business as its CFO and Director of Sales and Product Strategy.

Having overseen a Mortgage Lender that originated over 30,000 mortgages in 21 years, I have a deep well of knowledge and first hand-experience in evaluating investment opportunities and navigating through the nuances of real estate finance. I can provide invaluable insight regarding Construction to Perm financing, Down Payment Assistance Programs, and other unique financing scenarios. With an extensive background in buying/selling, flipping, and investing in properties myself, I also have a deep well of experience and knowledge of Real Estate in the Smoky Mountains. When I'm not immersed in the world of real estate, you'll find me playing the guitar in my home recording studio, kayaking on a Western North Carolina river, floating on Fontana Lake, or showcasing my culinary skills on the grill.
